The early bird gets the house!

Within nearly an hour of this house hitting the market, I was walking thru it with my client, a first time buyer and excitedly watching as he fell in love.   Matching his wish list to a T, this house has it all…location, location, location and the bonuses… room for bikes in the basement, roommates upstairs and a backyard ripe with opportunity to grow a garden, even a nice corner for a chicken coop.   He and I both knew this wouldn’t be on the market long.  As much as we wanted to stay for the day and talk furniture and paint colors, we headed back to the office (just a sweet 4 blocks away) to write  a winning offer which was met with multiple offers all presented to the seller within 48 hours but in the end, my buyer prevailed!  This 3 bedroom/1 bath updated, 2300 sq ft home just two blocks off Alberta St listed for $279,500!
