Fun and informative Housing to Homeownership Fair.  There will be resources for both renters and home buyers at the event with booths,  workshops, free lunch, dance performance and a chance to win $2500 down payment assistance or $400 rent assistance.   This event is tailored to Portland’s Native American community but EVERYONE IS WELCOME.  Homeownership rates in Portland are over 65%, while only 25% of  the Native American community own their home.   Part of NAYA’s mission is to close this gap.   NAYA provides a path and the resources towards homeownership.  Renters, buyers, and current homeowners will find valuable help at the fair.  Come by and see me at my booth and get all the up-to-date news about real estate right now.
