Rummer Lovin' in Oak Hills

I met Modern home lovers Justin and Becky at my mid-century listing at 10411 SW 25th earlier this year. They were just starting to dream of leaving their urban digs for a quieter location and a modern designed home. We clicked immediately over our love of design, clean lines and need for good spaces filled with light. Their timing was right on! This Spring some of the best selection of modern homes I have seen were on the market. It was cherry picking in the 400k price range. Justin had spotted a Rummer in the Oak Hills neighborhood that had somehow weathered the past 40 years with few changes. The home is one of the largest Rummer floor plans with 2404 sq. ft., 4 full bedrooms, 3 full baths, double garage, and tastefully covered central atrium. The tricky part of these homes are the radiant floor systems and the flat roofs- both checked out well with specialist during the inspection. So the only big items left to do on the home are mostly cosmetic. I cant wait to see what Justin and Becky do with the home as they gently update and make a few well deserved changes.
