Real Estate has been the perfect career for her to blend her formal training in Architecture and Textile Arts, her passion for community building, and her love for design and NW Architecture. Jenelle has been at the forefront of integrating environmental education and awareness in her industry. Jenelle previously worked for Pacific Northwest’s top-selling real estate brokerage where she received recognition for outstanding sales. She also taught business development and mentored fellow agents. Jenelle’s mission in creating Living Room Realtors has been to offer high quality professional service that integrates sustainable business practices.

Jenelle’s clients depend on her honesty, commitment and wisdom to help meet their goals. It is not uncommon that Jenelle has represented 3 generations within a family. Jenelle’s specialty services include; representing clients on the sale or purchase of architecturally significant homes and green homes, helping high profile clients discreetly buy property in the Portland area, consulting renovators and builders, and helping clients get established and network in their new communities and neighborhoods.

Jenelle and her husband, Zoltan, have restored and renovated many homes over her career. This first hand knowledge has been an invaluable asset to many of her clients looking to improve and change their own homes.  The couple’s passion is for modern architecture and sustainable design. Their home has been on the Street of Eames tour and an invited participant for the city of Portland’s Green Building tour.

When not working, Jenelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Jenelle loves early mornings at the Farmers market, hiking, swimming holes, x-country skiing, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends.  Jenelle is an Earth Advantage Certified Agent, an Energy Trust Ally, a member of the USGBG Cascadia Chapter, and a member of Portland’s Mid-Century Modern League.
