She has a business degree from Prescott college and she is well versed in sustainable business practices. Brandy is one of the first real estate agents in the city to receive her Earth Advantage certification. She offers a wealth of information in the areas of green building materials, energy efficiency and home selection.

Brandy is a sunburst transplant. She was lured to Portland by the vibrancy and beauty of the city. Brandy knows what its like to relocate to a new city and emerge yourself into a new community. Brandy knows Portland’s urban neighborhoods inside and out and she makes an effort to continually explore the city’s best art galleries, restaurants and cafes. She has a keen eye for discovering undervalued parts of town and recognizing housing trends before they hit. Brandy lives in the Alberta Arts neighborhood where she enjoys gardening, supporting the co-op and yoga.
