We have created a resource guide full of the people and phone numbers we turn to when we need those answers. Tracey Henkels

When you meet Tracey, one of the first things you notice is her positive energy and zest for life. She is committed to making a difference, serving others and being involved in her community. One of her favorite things about being a realtor is helping people make powerful transitions in life. Another aspect she loves is staging homes for clients before they are placed on the market for sale. Making spaces look sharp, crisp and inviting on a smart budget is a talent she loves to offer to her clients.  Tracey’s natural patience, professionalism and a win-win attitude makes her a skilled broker who can reliably deliver excellent customer service.

Her first love and career was Architecture. She studied abroad in Rome, Italy while completing Architecture school at Iowa State University. After receiving her degree, she worked at 2 design firms for over 6 years until she decided to jump into the profession of Real Estate in 2004. She has also worked as an apprentice to a professional woodworker for 3 years making fine furniture.   With 7 years of experience as a Realtor in Portland, Tracey offers a unique and well-rounded approach to serving both her buyers and sellers.

Here are a few fun and interesting things about Tracey. She grew up on an apple orchard in Iowa.  You can definitely depend on her to work hard and live up to the Midwestern work ethic.  Tracey loves to grow her own food and flowers, travel, cook and share home-cooked meals with family and friends. She has traveled extensively around the globe and loves to plan new and exciting adventures with her wife Bernadette.
