Teri Toombs

Teri was born and raised in Portland’s east side. She has spent her life intrigued by the idea of “shelter”, influenced by her time at University of Oregon Architecture School.  From a cabin in the woods to the urban forest in Ladd’s Addition, Teri has experienced many different configurations of home.  She is a close-in east side specialist who has ample experience selling in many Portland metro area neighborhoods.

Teri maintains a working knowledge of market conditions by touring up to 50 homes a week in addition to seeing hundreds more online.  By touring homes extensively, she’s able to keep an up-to-date list of the best homes currently available and watch for trends.  She knows the neighborhoods inside and out and enjoys sharing this knowledge with clients.

Focused and diligent, Teri ensures all details are covered in a purchase or sale.  Teri takes her role as client advocate seriously and works to make home buying and selling smooth and stress-free.  She empowers her clients by connecting them with the tools they need to build their nest.  Teri believes in the power of community and is excited to be at Living Room Realtors – a women owned, community-based, green business.

Teri is a Certified Residential Investment Specialist (CRIS) and has Earth Advantage certification. She is a frequent participant in PRIDE NW, supports Habitat for Humanity, Oregon Humane Society and Cascade AIDS Project.

Teri enjoys life with friends, family, gardening, travel, art, and music.  She loves sharing her home with her partner Perci and their dog Scarlett.
