Lance Marrs

Lance is a Principal Broker, native Oregonian, Grant High School graduate and son of Portland’s Irvington neighborhood. His real estate career, focusing primarily on the sale of homes in Portland’s close-in neighborhoods, has spanned nearly two decades. Lance previously worked for one of the area’s top brokerage firms honing his craft; listing and selling homes old and new, modern and historic before joining Living Room.

In addition to providing residential real estate services to his clients, Lance‘s background includes experience in commercial real estate development and leasing. He developed and is co-owner of The Commodore Hotel in Astoria Oregon and bSIDE6 a modern office and retail building at 6th and East Burnside in Portland.

When time allows, Lance enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising at the Multnomah Athletic Club, golfing, listening to music (preferably on vinyl), Marvel comics from the 60’s and 70’s and the cinema. His favorite films and television series include:  Six Feet Under, Dexter, The Godfather 1 and 2, Portlandia, Saturday Night Live- circa the Belushi years, The Bourne series, Drive, foreign films, documentaries including Helvetica and When We Were Kings, director Michael Mann’s work and all five original Planet of The Apes films.
