Jenelle Isaacson

Owner of Living Room Realtors, Jenelle is a Portland native and a 3rd generation Portland area realtor. Real Estate has been the perfect career for her to blend her formal training in Architecture and Textile Arts, her passion for community building, and her love for design and NW Architecture. Jenelle has been at the forefront of integrating environmental education and awareness in her industry. Jenelle previously worked for Pacific Northwest’s top-selling real estate brokerage where she received recognition for outstanding sales. She also taught business development and mentored fellow agents. Jenelle’s mission in creating Living Room Realtors is to strengthen the cities local communities by connecting Portlanders to the urban neighborhoods that best fit their lifestyle.

Jenelle’s successful practice is built on the belief she is building life time relationships one person at a time. She has a loyal clientele that is 100% referral based. Jenelle’s clients depend on her honesty, commitment and wisdom to help meet their goals. It is not uncommon that Jenelle has represented 3 generations within a family. Jenelle’s specialty services include; representing clients on the sale or purchase of architecturally significant homes and green homes, helping clients with privacy concerns discreetly buy property in the Portland area, consulting renovators and builders, and helping clients get established and network in their new communities and neighborhoods.

Jenelle has restored and renovated many homes over her career. This first hand knowledge has been an invaluable asset to many of her clients looking to improve and change their own homes.  Jenelle’s passion is for modern architecture and sustainable design. Her home has been on the Street of Eames tour and an invited participant for the city of Portland’s Green Building tour.

When not working, Jenelle loves; running, swimming holes, golf, skiing, live music and crafting the perfect playlist. Jenelle is an Earth Advantage Certified Agent, an Energy Trust Ally. Jenelle is a member of the Rock n Roll Camp For GirlsBoard of Directors and a recipient of the Portland Business Journal’s 2012 Forty under 40 awards.
