Greg Sobotka, ABR GRI

From the Pearl District to the West Hills, and from North Portland to the close-in Eastside and everywhere in between, Greg loves the variety of neighborhoods in the Portland metro area. Greg can identify the nuances and “feeling” that each neighborhood offers. He has lived in many of Portland’s neighborhoods in his 14+ years in Portland and currently calls North Portland home. Greg enjoys helping clients discover the neighborhood that will be the perfect fit for them and their lifestyle.

Originally from Oxford, Mississippi, Greg graduated with a Business/Marketing degree from the University of Mississippi. He moved to Portland in 1997 for its vibrant neighborhoods and close proximity to outdoor recreation.

Greg started his real estate career with a large regional real estate company and then went on to help establish a smaller independent company in which he was a principal broker and partner for 5 years before joining Living Room Realtors.

His ultimate goal is to guide the client smoothly through the real estate transaction, help you to make wise decisions, and provide you with a level of service that you’ll want to brag about.  His past clients are always willing to pass along a testimonial and they remain in contact long after the transaction closes becoming repeat clients when the time comes to sell.

Greg is constantly building upon his real estate expertise by taking classes and advancing his real estate accreditation. He has attained the designations of both Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI). He’s continually working on building his rental property portfolio and identifying good investment potential. When Greg’s not showing property and working with client’s, he’s often enjoying the outdoors. He’s also passionate about great food and wine and is a perfect companion to explore Portland’s ever-changing restaurant scene.

It was our pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Greg in the purchase of our first home.  Being first time buyers, we were naive to the entire process but Greg patiently and accurately shared his knowledge with us as we went along.
