Brian Jones

Brian has been helping satisfied clients buy and sell real estate full-time since moving home to Portland in 2002. He has worked in all areas of the city and with all types of properties, ranging from starter homes and fixer-uppers, to multifamily and commercial buildings, to million-dollar homes and high-end condominiums.

To each purchase or sale, Brian brings market insight earned through years of diligent work combined with customized, property-specific analysis to help determine value and optimum pricing. Using both traditional and innovative tools and channels, he works hard to locate great properties for buyer clients, and to market and sell sellers’ listings. Once a purchase or sale is in progress he is a tenacious advocate and negotiator, helping to ensure that his clients reach their goals quickly and successfully.

Brian grew up in Portland, attending Lincoln High School and Catlin Gabel School before heading east to Brown University, where he graduated with a degree in English and Spanish Literature. Prior to his real estate career he spent nearly ten years working in Boston, holding a variety of technical, analytical, and client-facing positions in software, management consulting, and market research firms – valuable professional experience Brian draws on regularly to benefit his clients.

Today, Brian lives in the Buckman neighborhood of SE Portland with his wife Sara and two wonderful – and very energetic – young sons.

Brian loves his work in real estate: he relishes the challenges of the always-changing market, and embraces the opportunity to help his clients navigate the complex processes of purchasing and selling property with a minimum of stress and maximum satisfaction.
