MOVIN’ TO MONTAVILLA

9065884-1.jpg Jim and Ruth sitting in a Mt tabor tree k-i-s-s-i-n-g….  Helping Jim and Ruth find their first home together was a real pleasure.  The couple knew what they wanted and were prepared to stick it out and wait until the right place came up.  To their surprise, within a week of seriously looking with us this rad Montavilla Beauty popped on the market.

With a purchase price of $239,000 it is a tall order to find a house with a this many perks: high efficiency gas furnace, tankless water heater, solar tube lighting, new windows, new electric panel, hardwoods, large landscaped yard, patio with lighting, 3 bedrooms & popular one level living floor plan.
