I love the feel of this house. The views and light from the windows are all very pleasant and calming. Its open without feeling exposed and the blend of original details with the modern updates compliment each other nicely. I could see living here and using the large family room downstairs as a guest suite or mother in law quarters. It would also make a nice master. The bedrooms upstairs all have vaulted ceilings and beautiful light. The layout of the bedrooms is ideal to me as a mother with 2 young children. Not to mention the endless walking trails and close proximity to three of SW Portland’s nicest parks. New Seasons grocery is only a few minutes drive and the library is a pleasant walk along the trail system. Great house and gorgeous neighborhood.
