Just Sold – Nirvana in Sellwood

When we listed this beautiful restored farmhouse in Sellwood, we knew it was special. With warm hardwood floors, a modern, open kitchen, a big private yard, and two nice porches, all in a great location in the heart of Sellwood, this home was bound to make someone a happy new homeowner.

We negotiated with multiple offers, and after just three days we had an accepted contract for $15,000 over the list price. The new homeowners are now able to enjoy the Portland summer in their great new home.
