Have you heard the news? There is a terrific 0% interest loan available from the government to first time home buyers in the amount of $7,500. This money comes to you in full when you do your 2008/2009 taxes and is paid back in $500 increments for 15 years. Put this money in a piggy bank for home repairs or get the new roof, windows, or insulation you want NOW! Please note the home purchase must close between April 8, 2008, and to July 1, 2009.
