Concordia Cutie!

This updated Concordia home has found it’s new buyer and she couldn’t be happier!   After living in New York City and truly understanding how much space she NEEDS, this charming one bedroom was just right.   With a basement, generous closet and pantry space throughout it’s more than enough to fit her and her sewing hobby.   I took my buyer to see this house the first day it hit the market and we wrote up the offer the next morning competing with two other offers before securing the deal!   A new furnace, roof, sewer line, rebuilt chimney, and gas stove make this home ready to go with little to do other than move in and arrange the furniture.  Just blocks to Fernhill Park, Concordia University, and all the tasty restaurants and coffee shops Killingsworth and Alberta have to offer, it was a pleasure to help this eager first time buyer find her home in a neighborhood that boasts all she wanted and more!
