We have created a resource guide full of the people and phone numbers we turn to when we need those answers. NAVIGATE HER WORKSHOP

This is a great workshop for parents, grandparents, teachers, childcare professionals or anyone interested in girls growing up in our culture. Come join the discussion about body image, brain development, sexuality and media influence. Co-facilitated with Sheri Louis, M.S. of Mindful Parenting PDX
Raising a daughter can be an amazing experience, but it can also be challenging.  The world has expectations of girls that can be different from our intentions as parents + caregivers.  In this workshop, we will explore how to help you and your daughter follow a path of understanding, encouragement and empowerment.  Topics include: self confidence, body image + food challenges, relational aggression and media influence. Join Living Room Realtors for their monthly workshop on June 8th from 7 to 8:30 p.m. to meet Marly Hayes while she discuss common indoor gardening topics.  She will discuss plant selection, common plant problems, watering, fertilizing and pruning just to name a few.
