The Kloss / Franz / Hess family has been investing in Portland real estate for a while now. They first bought  a fourplex in the Mississippi area, which they have been gradually improving to maximize the cash flow. They decided it was time to put their design and construction skills to even greater use by rehabbing an entire house. This led them to purchase this fixer in Northeast Portland.
