With a little over 600 finished square feet this 2 bedroom house would be perfect for a single person or a rental; and with a location just blocks from a Max stop and New Seasons this house has our attention for sure. The house needs cosmetic fixing but with the limited space, one could choose all their favorite finishes while likely saying under budget. A girl can dream can’t she? For just a hair under 2 million this 6 bedroom 5 bath 7469 sq. ft.  house on .68 acres complete with tennis courts smack dab in the middle of urban NE Portland can be yours.
